Search Results: upper arms

So I have VERY bad KP on my upper arm and it's recently made it's way down my forearms as well...I'm very self conscious about it and always wear some form of long sleeves, or if I'm going out to a bar/club I'll cover it with makeup. I know there's no "cure" for it, but I was wondering what techniques other people here might do to lessen the symptoms.

The only "treatment" I've had is a prescribed moisturizer which I used for a long time but never had any results so I stopped. I currently don't have the money to see a dermatologist again, or spend on pricey treated like DERMAdoctor KP duty

I've seen some items out there such as PMD (personal Microderm abrasion kit) and various at home chemical peels...I'm willing to spend a little extra money on something that will last a long time or serve as an investment, but it would be nice to know if anyone has recommendations for brands to try or avoid.

So simplified. Do you have KP and what do you do to minimize it?

Ok so I'm asking this for a friend who knows I have a profile here.

He hasn't told anyone but me but wants to know how the majority of girls feel about it. He is really self conscious about it and even avoids girls touching him there or being topless in public to avoid being seen that area even though he has abs and some girls would push to see him with his shirt off.

He naturally is in shape and it isn't totally obvious at first unless you point it out but his left arm has always been positioned slightly rotated forward naturally instead of being flat like they are supposed to be.

So it makes him look stiff and isn't capable of properly moving that arm without looking stiff and awkward in moving that looks intentional. His upper left chest is also slightly smaller in the peck area than the right. the muscle is naturally smaller and the bone underneath in the rib cage is not as outwards as the right one which is very obvious if you see his right and left side difference but forward facing isn't completely obvious.

Would this be a turn off? how would you feel about it
