I met this girl last year when I started with the company I'm working for.
We got to know each other more and more during the Superbowl party last year, and we'd talk mildly and mutually flirt. But I backed off when she got a boyfriend. Since then she was really hot or cold with me, and she'd either completely ignore me or ask why I wouldn't say hi to her.
She also has come to me for advice on her relationship and talked to me a lot about it.
I got a new position where I don't work in her location, but I go everyday to pick up supplies and I'd see her from time to time. Up until recently, she'd completely ignore me but she made sure I saw her. Then she randomly started saying hi to me after a few months again.
Last week, she made sure I saw her and she kept watching me but didn't say anything. Today she went out of her way to say hi and wave at me as I was leaving for the day.
Is this affection or just attention?

I fell hard for a girl who worked in my store about a year ago. We spent a shift together and had a lot of fun and got to talk about some interesting stuff.
I tried actively flirting with her and I had some back, even my friends commented on it. But I backed off when she told me she had a boyfriend.
But she changed after that, she seemed to take advantage of my feelings and would ask for advice, or ask for favors. But she'd also blow up on me when I'd ask something work related and would take it about her boyfriend.
Anyway after a interesting holiday season, I got a promotion at the end of December. I'd go to her store from time to time and see her, but she'd completely ignore me.
But last week, she suddenly came up to me and tried talking to me, but became really giggly and walked away. Today, she kept watching me as I walked around the store. On 4 different occasions I saw her looking at me, and when I'd look over she'd look away, but wouldn't say anything.
Is this her just wanting attention or does she actually like me?
