As much as most of us hate jury duty, lets say you were on this case.

Case A), Mr. and Mrs. Smith went out for a drink in a bar. Mr. Smith went to the bathroom while a guy named Kevin Lawson was flirting with Mrs.Smith aggressively ( touching her behind and kissing her neck). Mr Smith Came back and saw his wife telling him off and slapped Mr Lawson in the face.

Mr Lawson hit Mrs. Smith and was about to hit her again, Mr Smith jumped on Mr Lawson, turning into a big fight. During the fight, Mr Smith punched Mr Lawson in his throat during the struggle which broke his trachea and lead to his death.

Mr. Smith is a retired Boxer & A Marine who has had a history of anger issues.

Is he guilty or not guilty.

So yesterday my girlfriend was over and what we usually do is watch a movie then makeout or whatever. It never progresses anything past over the clothes feeling since her parents are usually around. But this time we were at my house so the sky was the limit. We started are usual making out then about 10 seconds in she stopped and told me she wasn't feeling very well from what we are earlier. I offered to take her home but she refused So we just sat and talked and I took care of her. She was just as energetic as usual and we had our regular good talks about our days and such and didn't really seem to show any signs of being sick. I asked my girl-----friend about it and she said she could've been in her period and just not wanted to tell me since we had only been together for a short amount of time and didn't want to freak me out or anything. Is her "not feeling well" some sort of cover For that? She also went on a bathroom break ever like 30mins or so :S
