i work with this guy. I notice when I walk by him he sees me, I look at him and he quickly looks away. One time he was talking to this coworker, I walked by them and he looked at me but would not look away. His eyes were following me like a dog when it sees some delicious food lol. He stares at the floor or something else until I walk by him completely then he's looking at me again. When he sees me talking to some guys he knows, he joins the conversation. One of the guys complimented me, I smiled and he looked at me like he wanted to say something to me too but chickened out i guess. Now its like every time he sees me he's gets so excited especially when im alone. Yesterday I was all by myself, he saw me and he smiled sooo big. He walked towards my direction but I pretended to be on my phone. He got on this computer that was near me and he sat there for a long time. I ended up walking away because I was too shy lol. I also notice that if im somewhere he turns into a snail (becomes slow) and stays there for a long time ! I've never had a guy crush on me before which is why Im so confused. I like him too.

So I’ve liked a guy at my work for a while now and I decided to text him last night even though we’ve never talked before. I just said hey. Well now the problem is that he hasn’t opened my message but some of my coworkers told me that he is always on his phone, so it means he definitely saw my text probably in his notifications and he didn’t open it. So I don’t know what to think now because I only texted him in the first place because I was getting a strong vibe that he was into me but maybe unsure/shy about making the first move so I did it for him. I thought he was into me because I kept noticing him glancing over at me repeatedly, I’ve caught him staring at me and he awkwardly looks away, my friends have told me he turns and looks specifically at me and also that one time he was staring at me for almost a whole minute and I didn’t notice because I was busy with something else. He also tries to get my attention frequently, like he will talk really loudly, walk in front of me a lot, and just try to bring attention to himself. There’s also been times that he has made eye contact with me and smiled while holding the eye contact for 2-3 seconds. We also always seem to catch each other’s eye eye from a distance. His closest friend at work has also approached me multiple times to try to talk to me and be friendly with me/tease me. So I don’t think I’m wrong in assuming he’s interested but I don’t get why he hasn’t texted back or even opened my message yet? But what do you guys think?

Okay so I work with this guy named Jared. Whenever he started, I had to train him and during this time I was dating someone & he was too. Jared & I talked the whole time I trained him & he told me a lot of personal stuff & I told him personal stuff as well. A little after he started he told me he didn’t like anyone he works with, but me. He always talks to me whenever he sees me at work. My boyfriend and I got into a fight at work and he had driven me to work and I didn’t want to ride with him home and then Jared offered to take me home. A while ago he was gone from work bc he was on vacation and he finally came back & whenever he worked with me he asked me how I was doing & he said “it’s been awhile” he then told me that him and his girlfriend broken up & I told him that I had broken up with my boyfriend as well. Jared’s 19 and I’m 17 and recently he asked me “are you 18 yet?” I don't know why bc I didn’t ask. He rarely talks to anyone else, but me and I’ve stated to develop a crush on him. Is it possible that he likes me?
