The womanly look tends to be typically described as 'hot'. They tend to look more mature and have a sexier look They tend to be closer to a guys height and have a sexy curvy figure with bigger boobs and butt.

That's not to say girlish girls aren't hot and womanly ones aren't cute, but that's the immediate reaction.
