Female coworker is a flirt, but only when drunk. Got a little carried away one night, grabbing my arm, thigh, pressing up against me. It's been progressive. Rarely see her during the day, we work in different parts of the building. When I do see her, it's like nothing happened. We only get together with friends for drinks and that's how it goes. We are never alone. A few personal emails here and there, but no real sustained daily contact. We're both married. Nothing has happened between us (other than the flirting). She did ask me to stay one night, but she was totally blitzed and I couldn't anyway. I cannot go any further, but don't want to hurt her. How do I interpret what is going on and what do I tell her?
