Basically I have never been to close to my parents and just looking at my Dad makes me angry but what I am asking is how I can accept them and not hate them. But first ill explain why I hate them

1) They don't care about themselves / each other
they are both fat (not to the level of obesity but VERY unfit) and they both know how and why they need to fix their fitness but don't bother to do it. They also complain about each other heaps to me and refuse to see that the others actions is partially their fault.

2) They are two quick to judge others
what i mean by this is that they are a bit racist and they cannot see things from others perspectives eg if someone has anger issues they don't think "i wonder why"

3) They are naive
We all know the classic cover up "im fine" and people use it to cover up them feeling horrible but my parents didn't even notice that when I was getting bullied for years on end and only realized 3 years later when I told them. When I asked them "what would you say if I got in a fight?" they eventually got me to tell them that it looked like there was going to be a fight between one of my f friends in year 7 and a guy in year 10 and me wanting to protect him and they then pressured me to go to the dean (year coordinator) this lead to my friends eventually finding me out and pushing me out of their circle over time they also decided to tell a friends Mum about it when they KNEW I didn't want anyone to know I had "snitched" to attempt to protect a friend which in the end it did

Thanks for reading the long post but is it okay for me to hate my parents and if it inst how can I stop?

I keep getting guys saying they tapped that and they banged that in person and over text I don't know how they get my number unless through another person that has my number, I just don't know what to do, she is my first girlfriend and i admitted I was a virgin to her and I thought we were both the same because she told me she was a virgin too and that she wanted to wait until marriage to have sex, but that we may have it before if she feels comfortable enough, now all this comes out and my girlfriend said she did videos and admitted it and she's crying to me everyday saying how sorry she is, I feel insecure now about this whole thing and I just don't know what to do, she's told me that she's done these videos and that she's probably had sex with 20 guys and that she isn't really a virgin, I'm honestly really hurt and frustrated but I'm also angry and embarrassed that I have all these dudes saying they banged her and belittling me, I just don't know what to do like I said she is my first girlfriend and I really love her, I didn't expect my first relationship to be this stressful, her friends are pressuring me too to forgive her and to stop being a jerk about it and being a loser and to man up and accept it, I just don't know what to do which is why I want some opinions and help from you all cause I know how much experience a lot of people have here; what do I do?
