I have a close guy friend whom I had feelings for when I first met him. He had a girlfriend at the time so I forced myself to back off since I didn't want to ruin their relationship as well as his and my friendship.
Until recently, I was madly in love with this older, unavailable man. We met at the beginning of the year and we became friends who can share anything. Unfortunately, he's leaving town and not long ago i met up with him for the last time to say goodbye. Before that, I actually gave him a goodbye/love letter and he didn't talk to me for over a week. Everything's cool now. However, I've still been really sad that he'd leaving and humiliated because I stupidly thought there was a possibility things could work out with him even though he's not available.
Through all that time-wasting crap, one of my best friends I mentioned at the beginning was there for me. He just recently broke up with his girlfriend. I've been so blind over the older man I (thought I) was in love with when I could have used all that time I wasted on him to spend with my friend.
Yesterday was his grad after party, and there were a lot of things about him that caught my attention, some I hadn't known about before like how good he is with kids. So, I've fallen for him all over again. But yesterday was the last time I'll see him since he's moving to France next month and I'm flying back to my home country Tomorrow for the summer break. He won't be here when I come back.
On top of all the great things about him like his kindness, talents, intelligence, he has a really nice family whom I met yesterday at his graduation after party, and that made me even more willing to be with him and be a part of his life.

I leave tomorrow night so I still have time to see him and tell him how I feel... I don't know if I should though.
What should I do?

I met a guy a week ago who told me he has been deeply crushed with me since October but never told me because he says he's shy. So I started talking to him because I feel a bit of attraction for him and the very first day we talked he said he likes me a fucking lot, and I told him I like him too. And since that he always compliments me with things like
"you're divine and perfect"
"you're the most beautiful girl I've ever seen"
"you're my soul mate"
"you're a fallen angel but not even them are as perfect as you are"
"I want to kiss you badly"
and I actually don't know how to answer that. But he does not talk to me at school, he waits to talk to me until the day ends and he takes me to my home.
but I don't understand, why on earth he sometimes acts so damn cold hearted and like if I didn't mean anything to him. And one hour later he likes me again. And the next he doesn't. And that makes me think that he's not that into me, but all those compliments confuse me, or maybe he's just trying to play with me. What do you think?
