My ex of four months and I broke up because he says "he is not happy with himself, so therefore can't make me happy", bullshit excuse of the year. We ran into each other at a party, and he was mad at his friends for inviting me. I was not aware he was going to be there so I can with girl and guy friends. We said Hi to each other after awhile. He avoided me the rest of the night and left shortly after my guy friends arrived. He texted me after several weeks after not speaking, and says that one of my other guy friends, whom he met before, was bragging to him about how he is going to get in my pants. I know he wasn't lying because he quoted an inside joke that my "so-called" friend and I have. I asked him if he really thought that low of me and then I just said, never mind, have a good night. We haven't spoken since. We have ran into each other two more times at our local bar and every time he sees me, he leaves pretty soon. I said hi to him the last time and he said hi back, but that was it, and the next morning he liked all my Facebook pictures. Next thing I know, my friend tells me, he went to my favorite coffee shop, but he doesn't drink coffee. What on earth is he doing?

Someone came to my Facebook and told me my boyfriend was online flirting with other girls. The person didn't have a profile picture, nor much information, so I don't even know who it was.

Because the person knew my bf's mail, I asked him to come online, quoted the conversation I had and asked what was going on. He told me there was someone giving his address on random websites (he had already said that a while ago) and that the person was lying. Not gonna lie: I wasn't being aggressive, but I was pretty sad.

I told him that I understood, that I took his word and that I'd forget that. However, he got so mad, said that I let him down, that I shouldn't have bought that story, that he was mad that I even bothered him with this crap.

I know that my boyfriend is not the flirting type. AT ALL. He never gave me reasons to doubt him. EVER

So I didn't believe in her, but I felt the need to ask him, mainly because I felt like extremely sad that someone would even say this to me.

We talked, I reassured that I wasn't doubting him and that I loved him. He eventually stopped being aggressive, we chatted about something else then we said goodbye, he said that he got hurt but that it was over now and that he loved me and that we'd talk tomorrow. Then he went back to work.

So.. what was I supposed to do? Hide this from him and not let him know that someone was talking trash about him?
