My boyfriend was ignoring me for a whole week claiming he was busy. This is the 3rd time that this has happened. I told him he didn't care about the relationship and wasn't committed if he couldn't even send me a text message saying sorry hun but I'm busy can we talk later? So he calls me and I hang up because I was upset with him he was acting as if nothing was wrong and then this happens...

His response: You should consider yourself lucky you still have me and I didn't just call everything off and didn't call you back and start cussing you out!!

My response: First of all that was a rude comment to say I should be lucky (especially when he has nothing to offer and lives off his mother) It's petty to break up over me hanging up when I was just trying to avoid a fight I should consider myself lucky and end the relationship so I don't have to get hurt

His response: No comment

Then today he text me: "Hey boo how are you? How was your day I love you"

I'm confused. I don't know if I can deal with him and his childish games. He's 23 lives with his mom... no education. I'm double majoring in college right now and my life is stressed enough I need him to support me not give me shit all the time. But my main question is WHY are guys like this? WHY do guys say "baby I love you be with me forever marry me" bla bla bla... then take the girl's virginity?? WHY!?
