they say your taste in men/women is a reflection of yourself and what you remember of your father/mother

now my father was a very bad person. Like he should be serving life in jail right now.

Now, My first boyfriend didn't give two sh*ts about me he was like 15 and all he wanted was to get in my pants (we didn't last very long.)

My ex was the definition of clingy and he would do dangerous things all the time to the point where I was worried if he'd end up in jail or not.

The person I like right now is borderline alcoholic. (he called himself an alcoholic so I'm assuming it's OK to say this) He also likes someone else so it's not gonna work.

and the first person I ever wanted to ask out had so many problems in their life that it made mine look perfect.

which actually says a lot.

I'd just like to address this problem before I date a really wrong kind of guy. cause every time I meet someone genuinely nice I only want to be friends with them, I'm not attracted to them at all.

I want to fix that cause I think this is going downhill
