My fiance came with me and my family overseas to visit my relatives. On the plane me and my fiance had tension. We got into an argument and I was crying for most of the plane ride. Then at the airport my fiance was already frustrated at the situation so when we missed our flight due to bad weather he was angry and in a mad mood which made me sad so I was again crying. My family could see that me and him weren't happy so far. So the trip goes on and we get into arguments privately but my emotion can be seen by my family that I was upset.

We were at a nice restaurant with my family and relatives and my brother finger wags at my fiance and angrily says "If you can't keep my sister happy now, how will she be in the future!" and he gets up and leaves. My fiance stayed seated and was just smiling at him. and my brother was angry at my fiance's smile. So we all go outside and my brother calls my fiance a child and my fiance and brother get into an argument and my fiance tells my brother that his inner thug is coming out (in my brother's past he had criminal history). The rest of the trip was horrible. my fiance disrespecting my brother and saying no one is allowed to finger wag at him. and that our problems are not for siblings to get involved in. and if my brother had something to say he should have done so by talking to him one on one as a brother and not exploding.

from the beginning my boyfriends mother has always been quite off with me. from very early on I learned that she might have a dislike for me. Bearing in mind I have never done anything wrong to do deserve this. She's made so many rude remarks when drunk about how her son should "get rid of me" how my boyfriend and I should go "play house" elsewhere, and stop staying over. So we stopped. We have stopped staying over all together (which she complains about that also). I've been with my boyfriend for two years, and to say "is it all worth the hassle", well yes because frankly we dissociate from her now. I've currently stopped visiting altogether because I can no longer deal with her. My boyfriend loves his mother but he's so bothered by how much she's mistreated me for no reason he's gone as far as blocking her number, so he can no longer recieve angry and rude texts from her about me. I cannot stand his mother, in fact recently her daughters fiance sexually assaulted me, he groped and exposed me. And when this was brought to the parents attention they completely dismissed the accusations that their OWN SON witnessed. He told them how his brother in law sexually assaulted me and his mother denied me, and said she doesn't believe me. It ended in a huge blow out argument. And his mom has never apologized to me for any of the stuff she said to me. I no longer see her, although that doesn't stop her from getting family members to reach out to my boyfriend to pass on messages. She also tries to force my boyfriend to be around the brother in law that sexually assaulted me. She (mother in law) also never told her own daughter what her fiancé was doing to me. by the way his dad loves me, and apologizes for his wife. But it's just not good enough. I hope this makes sense

So, the other night me and the fiance were having a few beers. It had been a rough week so we were chilling, chatting, and somehow got onto the topic of celebs we find sexually attractive. We’re both open, not insecure and have never had a problem with the other finding other people attractive. Myself especially because my fiance is attracted to women who have “natural” or “regular” bodies, meaning he isn’t into instagram models or super fitnessy women. For a visual, I’m 5’, 110 lbs, 32C boobs. We were showing each other pics of celebs we found hot, and all of his were very “obtainable” types of low tier celebs, except for one. He showed me this one pornstar looking woman with tight abs and obviously fake breasts, which usually isn’t his type. According to him, she was just “something different” he enjoyed changing his visuals up with. Now, I had no right to be upset because I showed him pics of men much more in shape than he is and was ogling them pretty much lol. However, perhaps it was the beer or the hard week I had, but I got a little insecure and went to bed right after to avoid saying something. After I slept, I still felt a bit bothered until I realized how meaningless it was for him to find one really radically different woman attractive compared to myself, considering I was in the same boat. So, just tell me your thoughts? Has this happened to you? Am I nuts or do you think I really should have been upset?
