I graduated HS this week and I've been having so many problems with my "BFF" within the last 4 years. I actually stopped talking to her sophomore year, cold turkey. This was the year where she made my feel stupid about my grades. Somehow it started up again, but basically she's immature with no manners (belches loudly/randomly), overly competitive (especially w/ grades and makes me feel bad about mine), unsupportive (discouraged me from joining a sport similar to hers-i actually told her so maybe she would help train me), and takes my stuff w/o asking. She's reached across me before to take my lunch and dump it on the table to look through it. She's also taken my phone and gone through my messages to see who i'm talking to. Well lets just say i'm done with her and i want her out of my life. It's summer now and i don't have to deal with seeing her in all of my classes anymore. How do i do this? I've already blocked her on all social media. but she talked me into unblocking her on instagram, but i’m probably going to re-block her soon. Should i cut her off cold turkey? if i do, what do i do when/if i see her? This has been ongoing for the last 3 years and i’m ready to get her out of my life, i just don’t know how to approach this. I've tried to talk about it with her before (back in sophomore year) and she got really defensive, changed her ways for a few weeks and went right back to what she did before-but worse. I’m just afraid she's going to start pestering me a whole lot if i do it cold turkey. I've tried that before in school and she became super clingy because she knew what i was doing… I would say we have definitely grown apart, i'm trying to grow up and she's really holding me back. Help? any suggestions? what do you think?

This guy about a month ago was making it very apparent that he liked me. He’d wave dramatically with the hugest grin ever on his face, he’d come sit at my study table and fiddle with my stuff on the desk in a nervous manner, and he was just so sweet.
I added him on social media (and he accepted within the hour), and ended up avoiding him for a few weeks afterwards after realizing our considerable age difference. (it wasn’t obvious because we only would see each other after class). I got over it, when I stopped avoiding him he was no longer waving sweetly or even having conversations.

I saw him last week finally very briefly and he was like, sorry I haven’t been seeing you I’ve just been so busy! And I thought oh Facebook ruined this, I’ll use Facebook to fix this, and I messaged him. Two days later he replied very sweetly and I was so happy, and I answered four hours later, and it’s been three days and he hasn’t even looked at it. He doesn’t use Facebook . I’m not even sure why he has one, but if he liked me wouldn’t he make a point to check if I replied?

Does he like me? Did I do something wrong that’s fixable? What can I do to make it clear I like him without looking clingy? Is my crush hopeless now is there no winning him back?
