Is an 18 year old mature?
More so than an 16 year old
Hardly, in my opinion.
I've know 16 yr Olds who were much more mature than some 25 yr Olds. Physical age doesn't dictate maturity levels.
I was also talking about physical maturity.
16 year olds pretty much have fully developed, adult bodies.
They might be compatible and just click. It would depend on the individuals and maturity levels etc
But, it's the initial thing. He should take the time to get to know her and let them click.
The proverbial "jailbait". This concept is no secret. From 40 year old women throwing their panties at the Beibers of the world, to guys like "High school girls, I keep getting older, they stay the same age". You know. From that one pot movie.. 16 year olds, in general, have fully sexually developed adult bodies. That said, the most desired female age for all aged men is 22, at the peak of their reproductive health. Ultimately, the age of consent is pretty random. In some U. S. states it's 16, in other countries it's 14, or 18. I honestly don't see much of a difference in maturity or physical maturity between an 18 year old and a 16 year old. And no. I don't desire 16 year old girls. I'm not arguing with a bias. Simply talking about the rationality of it. Why would a 19 year old be interested in a 50 year old?
@Rawrzz A 19 year old shouldn't be interested in a 50 year old. But, the 50 year old being the older (hopefully smarter and wiser) person shouldn't allow something like that to happen. There's nothing wrong with 16-18 year olds dating. I was almost the same person at both ages. No joke, just saw someone say that quot on tv yesterday. Either family guy or How I met your mother. Oh, and all aged men should not want a 22 year old. Guys should realize as they get older the women they pursue should as well. And not by just a year or two.
So where do you draw the line? That's the point. Women typically are interested in older men. Men are typically interested in younger women. There's a lot of things that *shouldn't* be, but that doesn't change the fact that they are.I was basically the same person 16 and 18, as well. That's probably why I don't see much of a difference. But exactly why are you so against a 19 year old going out with a 50 year old? Where do you draw the line? What about a 35 year old and a 19 year old? It just seems like your drawn line is arbitrary. What do you think it should be? Men are sexually drawn towards women who are in their prime reproductive stage. That would be 22. Physically, the average in all male age groups is 22 year old women. The average for all women is 35 year old men. That doesn't mean that's who they choose, only who they're most drawn to.
How do you feel about an 18 year old dating a 50 year old?
@Rawrzz I think it's gross but to each their own.
