I'd make sure all the windows and doors are locked (just to give you peace of mind), maybe turn on the tv (for company), radio, listen to music, etc.Actually focus on slowly taking oxygen into your lungs, then slowly breathe out through your mouth. Then focus on your body, relaxing your shoulders and arms, continuing to breathe in and out slowly. You should be fine, then. :)You might be worried about something else and everything just got too much. It happens to a lot of us. :)

It's perfectly normal to be anxious about not having a significant other in your life. :)But take it from a guy, sometimes having a boyfriend can cause a lot more anxiety than not having a boyfriend! The key is to find a good guy. One way to do that is to be informed. Please read the book "Are men the weaker sex" by Josette Sona. She offers it free from smashwords so it doesn't cost you but it's a wealth of information you need before looking for a guy. Then get involved with organizations, clubs, volunteer, etc. Put yourself out there, meet new people, get to know people and I'm sure you'll find someone. Then you'll know whether they're a keeper because you'll know what to look for in a man. ;)

I worry of weight too
Due to anxiety I am 86 lbs. I do eat all day but today ate so so as I woke up very late and anxious if I’m healthy or not
I have acid reflux and gastritis and I haven’t been drinking a lot of water I fear I hav new diseases from not having enough water

I'd try to be a friend to the man you love. Hopefully, in time, he'll come to love you too (if he doesn't already). It's ok if you can't connect with other men. A lot of them aren't worth connecting to anyway. ;)To avoid being anxious about whether you're healthy or not, I'd try to eat the right kinds of foods (so you're getting the right kinds of nutrients). That way you'll be healthy and you won't need to weigh yourself. Whatever weight you are, that's fine.Because you woke up very late today, that may be one of the reasons you're not sleepy now (if you're not sleepy).

Water doesn't really help when we have acid reflux. Do you have some antacid tablets in your home and maybe you could keep one of them in your mouth? Your saliva will help get rid of having a dry mouth and the tablet will sooth your throat/esophagus.You won't get a disease from not drinking enough water, fortunately. But it is important to keep up your fluids when you can. :)If you don't have antacid tablet in your house, maybe you could have some soup, a cup of hot chocolate, etc. that might help with your acid reflux and your dry mouth.I'd see a doctor/nutritionist about the inflammation of your stomach (gastritis) and see what he/she recommends. I'd also get them to check out your appendix (the lower right side of your abdomen). If it's fine, that'll be one less thing to worry about. ;)And tomorrow, maybe buy some antacid tablets to have in your home in case you get acid reflux. We often get it in the evening. :)

Good news. You can breathe (or else you would pass out from a lack of oxygen). You might find it hard to breathe. That's why I recommend focusing on slowly breathing in and out. Maybe even close your eyes if it helps. Possibly put on some soothing music and focus on the music while slowly breathing. You'll be fine. :)

Slr. Just keep drinking water. You're dehydrated plus it linked to anxiety. That's how anxiety react when we trying to erase it... Plus it takes time.. and the only thing to do is rest... Read something... Anxiety attack will be disappear slowly
Your mouth is probably dry because that's a side effect of anxiety. We also feel cold, sometimes, when we're anxious. I'd turn the heater on, put on warm clothes, wrap yourself up in a warm blanket, etc. so you feel toasty warm. That will help you breathe better, too. :)If it's hard to breathe while you're laying down, I'd sit up and breathe slowly. Maybe have a glass of water by your bed and take little sips of water. You can do that even if you're tense and anxious.I'd watch tv or watch a video on youtube or on your computer as that will take your mind off your feeling anxious, too. It's a good distraction. :)

It's anxiety xd when you're dealing with anxiety... you would fell ill.. and it feels like you're dealing with various illness frequently.

You shld try to be outside of your bed.Dont be much inside of room, it will do more bad.Go out, sit in park, stand in terrace, walk on streets, things will look different.Dont be struck in one place, it will rot your brain.
My recommendation is doing deep breathing exercises.
Without meds. Exercise. Go run and wear yourself out

It's ok to wake up late. Your body probably needed the rest. Being anxious, worrying about things can make us very tired.Try to deal with one problem at a time. Otherwise everything may seem overwhelming. Focus on your breathing first. Then try to get rid of the dry mouth/acid reflux. Then worry about boy troubles tomorrow. ;)

Tense up all the muscles in your body and focus your mind on one part. Now release all the tension in that part and do the same all over, slowly focusing on one part at a time and breathe deeply, in four, out four💗
