Rape: what is it?

I'm sure after reading that headline you are probably thinking "dude, what do you think it means? I can't believe this". Hear me out. Feminists have moved the goals posts when it comes to the definition of rape. They have used various definitions to define it. On college and university campuses in California, they have to ask before they can do any sexual activities such as "may I kiss you", "may I touch your breast", "may I put my hand down your pants"? This means it is usually the male who is asking these questions and the female responding. If the male forgets to ask beforehand and touches her any way he is opened to a rape charge. What about rape without violence? There is an assumption that all rape is violent but that is not the case. How would you address non-violent rape?
