It can. For some reason, the English Language is VERY confusing. We use the same words for MANY meanings. "Pussy" was originally a word for Cat. Now... It's all over the place. "Coward", or "Chicken", it's used as "Cat" by some, and it's a word to describe the Female Genitals as well... Gosh. Too many synonyms.

When used as an adjective, it's certainly pejorative.

Yes. It absolutely can mean that. Depending on context... it's a versatile word. But... yup... it does certainly man "coward" or "chicken".
yeah, its like calling someone a wimp, but a stronger word, its sort of like the swear word version of wimp... if a boy is too scared to stand up to his bully... he is a pussy

ya for men, "if your pussy hurts, go home" we told people working construction. That honestly works sometimes, most guys don't wanna be known as a pussy
In slang it does. There are women who aren't cowardly and have a pussy. And there are men with dicks that are pussy as hell (i, myself, being included).
