Is being naked, non sexually, in front of someone really all it’s made out to be?

For years I’ve always been confused with nudity. I don’t like being naked in front of people, and recently I have been questioning why that is.

After an unfortunate mishap, I ended up sans clothes in front of someone, but I really didn’t care. I was just thinking, ok... I’m naked and they are here, and I’m not bothered. I realised that I don’t hate being naked in front of people, I hate the thought that they’d make it weird.

So, my point is, I don’t actually find being naked in front of another person bad. In fact, I quite enjoy nudity. I just fear the other person will be offended by my nakedness and make a big deal out of it.

Does anyone else feel this way?
