How to get a partner with a lower sex drive more interested?

My boyfriend has a lower sex drive than me and can easy go 2 weeks without sex now we live together I find it harder as I'm around him more and would love have more sex
His sex drive does increase when he has had alcohol but sober he seems not interested
It puts me off trying or being the one who suggests it as I feel like he dosnt wnat too

Anyone been in simlair situation any tips how improve things
