I'm starting to wonder if jacking is even worth it. Sure it help ease stress, but it's not same if having sex with someone else. A person that is into you.

Masturbation can have many different benefits, such as reducing stress, enhance sleep quality, alleviate pain etc. The only advice I would give are do not over masturbate because it will be too much ( I'll say masturbate once a week or month), don't pressure it and use good quality products for your penis. So yes, masturbation is worth it
