Did you ever get horny in the middle of somewhere and had sex (or something similarly) with a stranger? I mean not in a club or something like that, I mean something like shopping or getting some stuff.

You know, it makes no real difference if you are a hoe in a club or in a shopping mall.
Regardless of the place you lose your dignity, it still makes you a hoe.

It would never occur to me to let a total stranger let me touch since I don't know if that guy is a criminal, a junkie or has the worst possible diseases.

I prefer by far to keep my dignity and self-esteem and not be ruled by my hormones. Girls don't all think like guys do and don't let themselves be abused by the first stranger, not knowing what kind of disease that fellow is likely to transmit.

I only have one health and I am not likely going to jeopardize it for a few pathetic muscular contractions.
