cause the law in most places is 16 or 18 for consent. cause 2 kids doing that theyre kids... its not good for them to be doing it... but its not immoral... a teen an an adult is wrong cause one isn't an adult yet... its just how it is, there's a state, and it might be true for other states, where a 16 yr old can be with a 20 yr old, they just can't be over 4 years in age between each other, so a 17 yr old could with a 21 yr old an such
