To my shame I watch too much porn. Moreover, kinky porn. I feel that it has twisted my expectations of sexual relationships for the worse. Not in a way that I expect that type of experience in the bedroom, but that the usual, run of the mill sexual experiences just don't fulfil the same level of intimacy anymore. Guys, have you had similar experiences? What has worked for you in readjusting?

First decrease the amount of porn you watching or maybe even remove it then ban your self from having sex with anyone and have a masturbating schedule for your self.
Do this until sex in any moment or time becomes existing for you again

Same thing happened to me do you drink or smoke thinks? I been drinking since 13 and my mind is all over the place I completely understand what you mean

Interesting point of query. I don't smoke at all, and probably drink more than I should. I usually drink when work gets stressy. Usually at least a beer a night.

I slowed down on watching porn now I just wach girls have naked Soo I can use my imagination and remove their clothes. And one beer a day is fine. I be been drinking more than one beer since 21🙂. I can drink 2 40 ounce beers each night🙂
