Depends on who you ask. Women find the actual shoes sexy, but it’s a little different for men. Wearing heels makes a woman’s walk/stance/posture different, perhaps even provocative to a degree. Essentially a body language message is conveyed on a subconscious level, and thats probably why most men “can’t really put their finger” on why they fine heels sexy.

However, I hate to see a woman who has misshapen feet from wearing ill-fitting high heels. Don't do this. Buy shoes that leave adequate room for your toes. Not every shoe fits every foot. More expensive shoes are more comfortable. We can't afford new designer shoes, but my wife has dozens of pairs found nearly new at resale shops and thrift shops.
