Ask Google. But it's better to eat healthy and natural foods than low-calorie ones. You could eat junk food for a day and not go over your calorie limit, but that wouldn't be the best for your body and it'll screw up your body fat percentage. Vegetables and fruits are usually low-calorie anyway, so go for that.

instead of looking for a list of low calorie foods, and I say this because low calories doesn't necessarily mean healthy, you should stick to an all natural foods diet.

Veg. Tons of veg. Cabbage, celery, lettuce, spinach, peas, corn, beets, bok choy, green beans, black eye peas, broccoli, carrots, Brussels sprouts, onions, peppers, shallots, bean sprouts and more. Put them in soups, grilled, salads or sauté and serve with pasta. Less red meat. Use more chicken, fish and tofu.
