Should they be? Yes.Are they? No.Women are not allowed to drive in Saudi Arabia. In many areas women are not paid as much as men, or will not be hired for the top-paid positions. In many cases women are restricted in what they are allowed to wear. Even in areas where the law says men and women are equal, there are still societal and individual biases. (In the US, all races have the same legal rights. And yet there are many racist people in the US, so you could argue that in practice, not all races are treated equally). Will men and women ever be equal? I hope so. But it will be a long long time before we see universal equality. And even when men and women are equal, we still need to fight for true gender equality (no discrimination against people born intersex, transpeople, etc.)
Should they have equal rights? Of course. Do they have equal rights worldwide? Unfortunately, no. Are men and women different and complementary to one another, thus sometimes clouding the concept of equality in certain relationships? Yes, I believe so.
"equality in certain relationships? Yes" maybe, there's the Friendzone, Unfortunately.

We're too different biologically to ever be completely equal.
Presumably you dispute racial equality?
Look at the massively miniscule differences between an white man or woman and a black man or woman - they're barely there except for skin pigment and what not. But now look at the differences between both genders and you'll notice that there's quite a lot of dimorphism.
Last time I heard they supposedly were in concept, except in relations where people agreed that they love power relations and stupid nonsense like that because one had the desire to control while the other is too lazy to be independent and autonomous.
Depends on what criteria you are basing "equal" on, but in most cases they are not.
By right we all shld be equal but unfortunately due to biasness we are not.
Depends what you mean I suppose.Equal? In terms of their worth to each other? Or in terms of what they decide to do etc? Some girls like guys to make decisions for them - trusting them as a "protector" etc.
No in a lot of different countries (usually the poor ones) women are seen as objects and only useful for breeding therefore the men in those countries have multiple wives
Are men and women are equal, no, should men and women have equal rights, certainly.
Other than physical/biological differences, of course.
Maybe not yet but I hope it will be.
In our days yes
We're getting there
Yeah they're equal
I'm sorry, since when?
i really don't think that we are equal we are two different genders with different tasks but i believe that we are just supposed to have the very average normal rights at least
Yes they are. Yes they are. Yes they are. Yes they are. Yes they are.
In what respect? Average height - no. The rights I think each ought to have - yes.Men and women obviously aren't identical, and there are differences in averages for various things between the groups, but assuming you're asking about rights I think they deserve equal consideration for their interests. (Women don't need the right to a prostate exam, and men don't need pap smears - at least for those with clearly defined gender.)
As of now, men and women are not equal in any sense. Men and women can potentially be equal under the law, or equal in practice. But they cannot be both.
yes, you're right
