Why is it only considered ok for men to talk about what his preferences are physically for the opposite sex, but not ok for women to voice their's?

I don't mean to sound pessimistic, but consider the following:

-Male- "I only like big boobs"
-Female- "I only like big dicks"

The first one, while still shallow, would cause much less of a reaction than the second, even though both are body parts that both genders worry about far too much.

So why is it simply not ok for a woman to talk about their physical preferences, while it's fine for a man to do so?
