Sorry, I forgot to wear my tinfoil hat... there, now I'm ready. So what is the cure? Why is it that no country around the globe has revealed it? Why hasn't a single scientist revealed it? Why hasn't any whistle-blower revealed it?
Simple. Cash makes the world go round. Research for cancer funded by private investors and such, makes us money. Cancer treatments, makes us money. Listen, I’m not saying I know that for an 100% fact and trust me when I say I’m not so creepy conspiracy theorist, I just think it’s a fair possibility to think about.
Right but that doesn't remotely begin to explain why nobody has ever come forward with this cure... like ever, not one person... ever! It's wonderful to think there is a cure out there somewhere and only the rich and powerful get it but nothing suggests that to be the case and while money could be a motivator, it doesn't explain by people haven't released such information. Why would we fake the moon landing? To cause Russia to bankrupt itself launching futile attempts to try and get to the moon during the Cold War era... does that mean that the moon landing was faked? No. Motivations aren't evidence of anything.
This is probably true. Just sayin
The same reason Tesla went broke because they stopped funding him because the big power companies wouldn't make money if energy and electricity was free. If there was a cure for cancer the people who made the discovery were paid off or silenced. Big Pharma makes $ billions on drugs , many of which do nothing. They don't make money from cured people, only from sick ones. And it's interesting how many congressmen wind up working for pharmaceutical companies after they retire, some as CEO's. Doesn't that sound kind of fishy?
Cancer happens for different reasons and there are different kinds of cancer. There is no simple cure and if there were there would have been info out on it already. There are tips to avoid it and things that could possibly stop it depending on the stage, but cancer is not something that is known. Humans haven't even mapped 98% of our DNA, yet we know the answer to a disease that happens inside of it?
@IndieGirlJess They would make an absolute fortune from a cure. So the very basic premise of this idea is flawed. Something sounding fishy isn't enough of a reason to jump to a giant conspiracy.
It may also have to do with keeping the population down. It won't be long before the population of Earth hits 9 Billion. If everyone was cured of cancer we would get there a lot sooner.
Okay guys, no need to argue about the idea. It’s just a theory. 😂
Beat me to it.
What is the cure for cancer? I must have missed the big announcement
@Cammy137 How many people are aware of natural cures for cancer? ↗Have fun.
Your comments in that are entirely for the idea that there is no cure for cancer. As it stands, we have ways of treating cancer and sometimes causing remission. There isn't a cure though, certainly none of these magical herbs or other nonsense work.
Yes, I never said there was cure.
Ah sorry, i assumed you were sending the link to support the idea of there being a cure. My mistake.
I just assumed she meant those kind of stuff.
Probably. I just read through the answers on that other question. The dude who posted it has a screw loose. He's popping up every on GaG with one nonsensical comment or question after another

i'd be far more willing to sacrifice my own life to cure cancer
I didn't notice that haha the question is from a TV show and I copy and pasted the general idea from the website so that I wouldn't miss any details. But yeah, you're completely right!
Well I'm a liberal and I support abortions but of course not late term unless there's something wrong with the baby, or it puts the mother at risk or something like that
@Ruby_W So you aren't truly pro choice.
I am completely pro choice. Even in places where abortions are legal they don't usually do abortions past the 10th to 12th week of pregnancy unless its a special case. If the mother doesn't want the baby because they're too young or can't support it or anything are things that are already an issue at the start of the pregnancy so unless its a special case most people would abort before anyways
@Ruby_W If a mother decided she didn't want the baby at 8 months pregnant a wants to abort it... do you think that is ok?
Depends on the reason. But usually it's not really okay to do then and a lot of clinics won't carry it out unless it's a good reason
@Ruby_W Pro choice is pro choice. Either you are for letting a woman control her body or not.
Yeah not its not. Why would a women change her mind so late into it. People that want to abort would have already done it by then. And again if there are special circumstances then it should be okay
A lot of people that are pro choice still agree that there should be a limit
What a childish argument. Its not all or nothing. You can be pro choice and still have guidelines or laws set. Do you think people have the right to defend thenselves? If someone attacked you, should you be able to do what is necessary to protect yourself? Of course. Does that mesn that if somebody pushes you in a bar that you have the right to chop their limbs off and poke out their eyes? No. People who set limitations on abortion timescales are still more pro choice than they are pro life.
Yes exactly thank you
@Rissyanne You could just answer the question rather than dragging your countries politics into the conversation. There plenty questions surrounding that topic but this is not one of them.
Because it a fucking ridiculous question. I didn't think you were serious.
@Ruby_W Well Hillary was all for late term abortion.
So? That's one persons opinion. Doesn't represent all liberals. And @Cammy137 explained it really well so just read that
@Ruby_W And this is my opinion. If you didn't like my opinion... to bad. This is a stupid question about killing babies. This would never happen. No one would ever know if a child would ever cure cancer. I thought it was a joke.
It was a rethorical question and although I don't agree with it I'm okay with you being pro choice but not okay with you misinterpreting as to what pro choice means or saying they would be willing to kill a baby
So you've never heard of the trolley problem then? It's a famous philosophical dilemma. If you can't understand the purposes of such a question then perhaps you should stay away and not bother answering. Just a suggestion. If I wanted to know your opinion on liberals or abortion, I would have asked. Evidently your opinion is moronic but as you say, it's your opinion and you're perfectly entitled to it.
You ask a ridiculous question like this and you call me moronic?
If you don't like the question then don't comment of it. Its a very popular type moral based question
@Ruby_W I can answer it if I want
I don't care if you answer or not I just don't like you bashing the question (which is very normal and there are thousands of moral questions like these) and left wing ideas saying we will kill a baby and shit even when we're trying to explain our point of view you just keep on saying its not true and missing the point
@Ruby_W sure sis lol
Fine enjoy your ignorance
@Ruby_W lol and you yours
But what gives you the right to kill what inevtably will be a sentient human being, therefore ending it's life before it even had a chance to enjoy it?
@Luke______ that is actually conform with what I said. We have no right to decide. Nature will make its own decision.
Lol sorry. I guess I gotta read before I write, lol
no problem. Both kids are still alive :D
Good to know...
Develop into humans at the age of 2? I have been saying words and walking since I was 1 year and 3 months old!
@theflash675 Obviously, you still do that :D So: what had been your intellectual contribution to mankind when you were a scientist of 1 year?
At one years old I was also able to play 20 instruments and wrote entire symphonies for a few big name artists at the time.
I stopped pooping in my pants when I was one year old...Does that count?
@Luke______ Good enough :D Many achieve less in a full life span :D :D
Why would you not want a cure?
100% I don’t like my life anyway
@stepup20 then the question doesn't refer to you.
Nope, I wouldn't
I wouldn't kill myself too.So I guess it means I wouldn't kill the baby either.
I wouldn't but I would let someone else make the decision. Overall it benefits humanity more than my own existence.
@Trollfather but if you let someone else decide for you, ut's practically like you decided to die.
I don't care. I'll take one for the human team.
@Trollfather wow. I wouldn't.
She died during child birth
Why can't we kill both children so they will all live together happily ever after?
Because death simply brings forth the dark, empty abyss where nothing is happy and where nobody is together
No, the mother is religious, so she will go to heaven with her children
Being religious doesn't suddenly make heaven exist and actually the mother was a Penguinist so if she was going to go anywhere it would be Europa
How do you know the mother? This is an imaginary story after all
Im not reinterpreting it as I've never read or heard what you're referring to
What kind of question? A hypothetical one... obviously
What's more pointless though: a pointless hypothetical or responding to a pointless hypothetical to say that its pointless?
I like your questions usually... I just don't think this is some of your good work.
What would your Grandpa vote?
He wants to live I'd say or at least escape the constant pain he has...
😂😂this made me laugh
Thank you that was the goal
Its actually from a TV show. Hallucinogenics did not play a role.
Oh, in that case, I'd stop watching stupid TV shows based on ludicrous premises.
The show had absolutely nothing to do with the question other than its mentioned in passing twice. Granted, the show itself is a little "out there"
Or the one
