Rich men are financially literate but gold diggers are not, should businesses appeal to gold diggers instead of the rich?

Gold diggers are not dependent upon their own understanding of wealth, markets, innovations, investments, hedge funds, etc. They are depended upon a man they are extracting money from.

A rich man would not be rich if he was financially illiterate. A gold digger would not be a gold digger if she was financially literate.

In other words, should businesses not appeal to the financially illiterate as opposed to the financially literate?
