I know my perspective is superficial hence I ask
Ok Then my answer to your question is no Canada is not the only one left even if you believed they were a centrist oriented country which I don’t think is correct in my opinion
I’m not sure what you mean by a balance of power structure or how you have decided it is stable

I am aware and not in favour of extremely liberal societies either. Canada strikes a fine balance.
No, they are too liberal, and getting more liberal by the day.
Could you elaborate why you would call it too liberal?
They have federal laws on the books requiring you to use certain pronouns when you talk to people in public. When a government is forcing you to use certain words in public, they have gone entirely too far. There are way more centrist countries than Canada, just do your research and find one you like.
Search youtube for Jordan Peterson on the Dangers of Bill C-16 And Bill C-16 did pass.
Not a problem, and there are way more centrist countries to go to other than Canada. Like Sweden, Switzerland, Ireland, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Austria, and my own, Malta, are all better than Canada.
Could you please elaborate?
I find them more on the left than center. Maybe just outside of the "border".
I meant it relatively strikes a fine balance, slightly liberal though, yes
I don't really know if I can call that liberal, but government is getting mixed into a lot of things that it shouldn't. Or at least I think it shouldn't.
