How can the UK still say they don't have a milkshake throwing problem?
First off, don't get me wrong, I'm not anti-milkshake. I just don't believe the average citizen should be allowed access to milkshakes. Citizens should have to undergo psychic evaluations in order to obtain a milkshake permit. And I also don't think it's ever necessary to leave the diner with a milkshake in hand.

I think that if you do want to leave the diner with your milkshake, you should have to obtain an "open carry" permit. None of this will completely end the senseless "milkshaking", but with proper vetting and education, I think we can drastically reduce this troubling problem. When will this insanity ever end?
