How do you manage these types of feelings? I can be hot headed sometimes and I’m trying to figure out how I can keep my emotions in check
I let them have their way with me, i tried to resist them, they keep coming, I figured that the only healthy way to deal with them is to let them pass through my system. Resisting them made everything worse, my work my well being, everything, I just cry and talk to myself loudly,
But sometimes hitting something and trying to break things is a a relief
How do you manage your emotions? I feel like I have a hot temper on days like these and I’m looking for ways to control it better
I just keep reminding myself that I’m in a bad mood and tell myself to be nice.
