Should there be a law that denies people health care when they are willingly obese?

Recently me and a friend came across multiple youtube videos where there are morbidly obese people who CHOSE to be the way they are because they like their unhealthy appearance. Apparently there is a lot of people (especially in the US!) who are living this lifestyle.

With overweight being one of the biggest expenses in modern health care they surely must know that at one point they will need medical attention and that is the exact moment where the tax payer will cover them.

So, should health care be denied for this group of people because they know the consequences of their unhealthy lifestyle and thus, will be a huge expense for the country they're living in.
