is that a yes or a no?
That's a yes. This is a racist act no matter how someone puts it. It doesn't even matter if the man meant for it to be that way. There's honestly no excuse for it. You don't have to change the color of your skin to look like a certain character. I don't celebrate Halloween anymore but when I did, sometimes I'd want to be Cinderella because she was one of my fav princes when I was little and I did not have to change my skin to white to dress up as Cinderella. Everyone knows that blackface is wrong and so he should have avoided it. Now his career is on the line... The only people who dont think its that deep are the ones who clearly don't face racism frequently.I am so tired of people acting this is not serious or slavery wasn't serious. Just because the people today do not physically go through slavery like their ancestors does not mean that it doesn't affect them today. That logic is so messed up because if that is the case then all history doesn't affect what is going on today. But if anyone were to tell the "Jews" to forget about the holocaust because their ancestors were only affected then everyone would disagree with that. Anyways, I am getting of topic. Ii just always hear these types of things and so I just felt the need to address it because I already know that there's going to be a bunch of people on here that probably have never faced racism a day in their life say that this isn't serious...
