The guy was taken away from South Korea and adopted by Americans at the age of 3. They (the Americans) failed to fill out the right paperwork. After 37 years of living in the US, the guy gets deported to South American; leaving behind his wife and kids. He doesn't even speak Korean, had no memory nor family nor friends in Korea and doesn't know the culture there either. This is the only case I've felt bad for.
He only found out that he wasn't a citizen when he was an adult. He was unaware that he was undocumented his entire life.
He jumped off from 14th floor and died in 2017 in Korea, it was reported in a Chinese news.
