What happens if a deportee's own country doesn't want them back?

What would happen in these two cases:
- John was tripped out of his US naturalization citizenship for fraud and other serious charges. However, he already renounced his citizenship for his country of origin long ago. Therefore he's already an alien in his own home.
- Mark has already been denaturalized for fraud and treason. However, no country wants him, not even his home country.
