-Barbell back squat: 10
-Russian twists w/ 30 LB medicine ball: 25
4 rounds

-Weighted dips 90-100 LBS: 3-4
-Sit-ups: 40
3 rounds

-Step ups: 6-8
-Reverse crunches: 35
3 rounds

-Pushups: 40
-Weighted chin ups: 7
3 rounds

-Assault bike 20 second blast, short rest (speed 30+)
-push-ups: 10
-sit-ups: 10
5 rounds
