What do you do to try and control your anger?

Anger is an emotion we all experience at some point.
We all are going to get angry at some time. Someone does or says something that really pisses you off.
So, what do you do to release our let go of the anger? Or do you give in to it and snap on people? Or do you just hold it in and it builds till you lose control?
Me, I find myself smoking more.
I'll also take a walk, to walk it off, clear my head.
Or play music I know will put me in a better mood.
