Should being a very short man be considered a social disability, or better yet a protected category?

i'm know i'm gonna get a lot of hate for this because it's always the case when you declare you're short but i want to see if anybody happens to think like me.
adjusted for mental health and alcohol consumption short men are twice as likely to commit suicide than tall men more if unadjusted as they suffer from poorer mental well-being (despite no such thing happening in women). they earn much less unless self-employed and are nearly universally hated among women. i was often turned away by potential employers over my height, with the given reason that short men aren't capable trustworthy or not real men.
Should being a very short man be considered a social disability, or better yet a protected category?
