Are current "shelter in place policies" unconstitutional because they violate our right to assembly and protest?

Anonymous
At least in the United States, our constitution gives us the right to protest and assembly. But if me and 100 others wanted to go to the White House to protest, we can't. Our constitutional rights are being infringed. Thoughts?
Yes, that is logical. Current shelter in policies are unconstitutional because they violate the constitution.
