Good call man.Tbh that patient doesn't deserve any kind of service in hospital.
True. (And that the mentally-unwell patient said that AFTER my sister told her she’s Filipina & not Chinese!)The ironic thing is that the patient wanted to go back home, but her family got delayed in the pick-up process. Had she shown more mental-recovery (or just behaved), she would have been discharged sooner. Instead, this (& some literally-shitty antics in reaction to the news justified further treatment, further delaying her stay. As to anything further or details on this, my sister does not know, since she no longer saw her when she returned on duty a few days later. In 1sense, I ticked-off that someone would do that to my little-sister (who has earned in all her circles the reputation of the good-girl who can pacify a room even when people are arguing, even becoming the trusted go-between or arbiter a good number of times). But in another, I also pity the lady (&her loved-ones) given how mentally-unwell she’d have to be to consider my sister an existential-threat worthy of such treatment. She basically shot herself in the foot!
Totally agreed.Men or women, poor or rich, educated or uneducated, those racists are always the unhappiest and the most miserable ones. Your sister didn't deserve that shit. #thankyouhealthcareworkers💙
