Do you currently consider the United States a 1st world country compared to the top notch countries like Singapore Switzerland among a few others?

American cops shoot and killed almost a 1,000 citizens per year on average according to statistics. Cops unfairly and openly brutalize citizens and think they are above the law compared to the average citizen. The health care system isn't affordable for the average family. America also leads the world in STD's. The U. S. debt for several years now has been out of control; seems like congress members don't know how to add and subtract and run a budget properly. Homelessness is a big problem in the country too. Infrastructure isn't up to par compared to other top notch countries who rank ahead of the U. S. in that department. The criminal justice system is totally screwed and seems to be more about how many criminals they can lock up for years and ruin their lives behind bars for drug addiction or some minor offense. Mass random shootings by deranged men seems to be the norm. America used to be the envy of most of the world 30 plus years ago, but now, I think America is looking very borderline 1st world. I like the U. S. A. a lot but let's be real, other countries like Singapore and Switzerland are a better 1st world class than the U. S. right now. Your detail opinion will be appreciated.
