For example, I got plastered last week after the funeral of one of my family members (not during the funeral). I know that's wrong but I did it anyway. I would advise against doing this. I did it anyway. I hope that doesn't make me a hypocrite.
As another, I used to be a smoker. And between cigarette breaks, I'd tell people that smoking is a horrible idea because I wanted to quit even though I failed several times. I finally managed to succeed. But the whole time I gave advice not to start smoking since it's really hard to quit once you do. I knew that firsthand.
Actually a bulk of my advice might boil down to, "Don't do what I did. I learned the negative consequences of my actions firsthand and don't want you to repeat them." At least that's what I'd tell a younger version of myself.

I have a talent to solve problems to other people actually. I'm stuck when it's my life in the line. LOL
Solving others problem is a bit easier than ours😅
