The Taylor case: Will police involved in shooting be found guilty?

Fact: Cops used a no knock warrant which was legal at the time it was used.
Fact: A judge gave warrant to police to execute the no knock warrant.
Fact: Police didn't shoot until they were fired on first.

So, other than accidentally shooting her , they did nothing wrong in the eyes of the law. I don't think you can convict them. You would have to prove they planned to kill her for gain and that was not the case. The cops involved don't have histories of doing things like this before.

If any are convicted they will have reasons to appeal convictions on many fronts and I doubt if a conviction based on emotions will stand. So, be ready for these cops to walk free.
