Im not an American so take this with a grain of salt. I dont like trump, he already abandned his allies Kurds in Syria, thus creating new wave of refugees in Europe. While America first isn't bad idea, America is powerfull so it should think more on what its actions do to its allies. Right now I feel like Biden would be better choice. Yes its possible that Biden would be even worst, but lets be honest, if he has any brains, he should have learned a thing or two from Trumps failures. At wery least he seams to trust profesionals (in face of covid19) a lot more than Trump. And he does seam to lie a lot less. But again thats what I have heard here in Europe so I might not have full picture.
@__inkRat First, no need to "take you with a grain of salt." It is interesting to hear a different perspective. As far as your point about the Kurds, I offer my response, written to this question at about the time the US position on the Kurds switched. It is a good idea that Trump has turned his back on our good allies the Kurds? ↗Suffice to say that foreign policy, military affairs and the international relations is NOT the realm of sentimentality and "friendships." Nations have interests first and foremost and those they must pursue - ruthlessly if need be.As to Mr. Biden having more brains. Actually, I question neither man's intellect. What I question in Mr. Biden's case is his lack of any firm convictions and the similar lack of any evidence that he is - or would be - any different from President Trump. Certain superficial differences notwithstanding, both men seem pretty much cut from the same populist cloth. As far as COVID, I offer this: Does trump have a half decent plan to deal with covid? ↗ This written a while back. I would add that Mr. Biden has it easy - he can Monday morning quarterback. Why of course he would have done it better. Just ask him.
While I know its your opinion, am going to try and make a point in why not to support Trump,1 . You all know, he is absolutely a menace sitting on the chair of the most powerful nation.2. He doesn't take his job seriously, no he doesn't.3. He has ego problems.4. The fact that he provided half support to the US states in times of the pandemic , on purpose, by not making funds and medical supplies available quickly, Is in itself hypocrisy.5. Calls the US veterans , losers, how mad and silly, has he ever fought on the front lines? Does he know what it feels like to see death before your eyes? And I could go on...I think I'd choose another person and see what he has to offer, than continue to be a part of the same idiot and re-iterating the wheel of misery for yet another time.
@Akshayjosh Yes, and? What presidential candidate is not flawed? We are dealing in human beings, not abstract perfection. Moreover, Mr. Biden shares many of Mr. Trump's character flaws. Lest we forget, this is the man who threatened to punch a voter who did not agree with him. Lest we forget, this is the man who told black voters that if they did not vote for him, they were not black. The list goes on... Not to mention that they share as many policy similarities as not, their rhetorical differences notwithstanding. As to the pandemic, I addressed that above. Beyond that I would only add that nothing Mr. Biden says on the subject is convincing. Monday morning quaterbacking in a once in a hundred year pandemic is pretty easy to do - and the public, as is its' habit, is free to fill in the gaps with wishful thinking. (Not to mention that, for constitutional reasons, the idea that the Federal government had the final say in the matter is legally laughable.)Bottom line, I have worked in politics for nearly 40 years. The differences - the real substantive differences between Mr. Biden and Mr. Trump could be measured with a micrometer. The advantage to Mr. Trump being - beyond that I happened to be favorably disposed to his choice in Federal judges and his position on abortion - that he is the devil we do know.
I never expected someone to side up with a stranger just because they've crossed paths twice, against someone you see for the first time.It sounds like that.No they have vast distances I tell you, and if Trump continues , The US is bound to lose its stature of being the most powerful countries in the world
@Akshayjosh No, they don't. They are differences in degree, not differences in kind. You want a difference? Try Donald Trump vs. Valdimir Putin. Try Joe Biden vs Nicolas Muduro. Now THOSE are differences!Mr. Biden is not apt to deliver much different than Mr. Trump has delivered and as his campaign episodes have suggested, he is not apt to deliver it in significantly different tones either. Mr. Trump at the moment has infuriated the drug companies because he has capped prices at that paid by European consumers. Mr. Biden is all for eliminating fracking - except when he is not.Seriously, the differences here are ones of degree, not of kind, as any SERIOUS study of history and political philosophy will reveal. You are dealing in tropes and caricatures, not in careful analysis.

Yes, the President with a dozen of his close associates in jail/under investigation, scandals after scandals of misconduct under his belt, allegations of abuse of power, corruption, and engaging in illegal activities and is the recipient of more lawsuits than any President in history (not only as President but as a citizen) is suddenly the President of Law and Order. Trump is not pro-Law and Order unless your definition of "Law and Order" is picking and choosing which laws you want to enforce.
@Starrk my definition of law and order is that it's not okay to burn, loot, and murder people just because some guy got allegedly mistreated by the police. Biden and Kamala have supported the riots, and ALL mainstream media has been covering for them since they began by calling them peaceful protests. I get you don't like the guy and will bitch about everything he does or says, but are you defending the criminal actions of the rioters just so you can stay angry about Trump? That is sad, sir. Sad.
Nope, I'm not defending rioters nor did Biden. Stop reciting the lies that Trump told you via his attack ads and Twitter. Also, you can stop with the deflection. We're talking about Trump and his claim of being the President of Law and Order despite being the President who has pardoned members of his administration for engaging in felony crimes. A President who scammed hundreds and thousands of Americans with Trump University and was rightfully sued for it. A President who tear-gassed peaceful protestors in D. C. simply so he can have a photo-opt in front of a church. A President who has befriended some of the worst dictators in the world, while turning his back on our allies. A President, who blocked the subpoenas of witnesses during his impeachment trial. A President who called for his supporters to "liberate" themselves from Democratic state's lockdown. A President who praised his supporters when they stormed the Michigan capital building with guns and called for the Governor to be killed. A President whose son in law is a well-known slumlord in NYC and had American citizens living in conditions akin to third-world countries. And there is more where that came from. The moral of the story is that Trump is not a "President of Law and Order". While rioting is a problem that should not be tolerated, you can't be vocal about one type of crime and call yourself "Mr. Law and Order", but at the same time be an acting participant in dozens of other crimes. That's the equivalent of Joseph Stalin calling himself "Mr. Humanitarian" because he called out America's mistreatment of Black Americans during the 1930s and 1940s.
How come you view Obama so poorly? From the uk so obviously never saw anything except the big headlines which from memory weren't too bad and never really anything in detail but always seemed like a reasonable president to me.
@farmerjohna, He turned out to be Dubya II. He signed the NDAA and reauthorized the Patriot act. He covered up the crimes committed by the previous administration. He started 6 wars and oversaw several CIA engineeredl fascist coups to overthrow democratically elected governments. He tried to do the same to Venezuela. He utterly destroyed Libya and tried to do the same to Syria. He's a war criminal and guilty of crimes against humanity. His Affordable Health Care Act (Obamacare) was terrible. He had overwhelming support from the American people and the votes in congress to institute universal health care. But, instead, he made a give-away deal with the medical and insurance establishments. He promised to have the most transparent administration in history and then went on to criminalize whistle blowers and journalists. Under his administration our police were militarized. There's more. I'm must scratching the surface. He was more of a corporte neoliberal that Reagan. He was a war monger imperialist. I can't think of anything he did to benefit the American people. He set the stage for Trump. But he put on a good act for the mainstream media-consuming public. He was the slickest salesman/con man in U. S. history. People who pay more attention to words than actions were mesmerized by his persona.
Thanks, the only thing I had heard/remembered was Obamacare and even then not in much detail other than Trump rescinding it.
@Lliam could you please clarify what wars he started? Im also from Europe, I would not blame Obama for Lybia as far I know it was ISIS and Asad as main catalist for war (would have started even if USA would not have any part in it). Syria civil war is a bit more difficult so I can't comment on it.I dont think its possible for America to have health care like in Europe so Obamacare could be geniun attempt to fix it.As for rest I think Trump is even more dirty than Obama. The thing is if you try to act like world police you will get in some trouble, you like it or not. Blaming it on single administration is iresponsible.Ps. I hope we can have civil discussion here.
@__inkRat, I certainly didn't blame a single administration. You asked me about Obama and I shared some thoughts.I have a lot of knowledge about Libya and Syria. It would be impossible for me to bring you up to speed. I'll just say that what you learned was total propaganda. Here's an article about Obama's wars, which had NOTHING to do with self defense. They were just a continuation of U. S. imperialist policy - the U. S. as the new British Empire on steroids.www.latimes.com/projects/la-na-pol-obama-at-war/
@Lliam I would be carefull claiming propaganda on opinion that doesn't mach your own. I do think Lybia war would have happened anyway, I dont look it as black and white. Since I dont know enaught about Syria war I didn't made any statements about it. Your article is interesting to read , with thing I did not know, I do intend to read it few times to get most out of it. What strikes me as ood is that you call Obama war monger and yet he slashed deployed American count in war zones. Yet I also see your point as adding more operations for special force units, using drones and so on. In my mind America is in unique situation where its doomed if it fights in wars and doomed if it doesn't. As you know American withdrawn from conflicts in Syria and Lybia did create more conflict. War is changing and Obama in my mind did ok trying to mitigate all problems and still be a bit responsible. You see If America could get out off all wars and not throw Europe under buss at the same time, it would be wunderfull. Most of wars are close to Europe so we have to conform to international rules and other bullshit at the times and refugese. Also we can argue that Trump made his own share of terrible mistakes, some not so bad as Obama some a lot worst than Obama. I dont support Trump, but also I have no voice in choosing him or any other president of America.
@__inkRat, I said that mainstream media is propaganda. That's just a fact.
@Lliam ouh so how do you know what media I read and what other sources of information I have to claim that I have been living in propaganda? Also your idea of mainstream media is differant of here in Europe and even more different in my country., so claiming its propaganda is quite a gamble to make.
@__inkRat, don't get defensive. I was talking about U. S. media. It also applies to the UK and many other countries, but I'm sure the press is more free and diverse in some countries than others. In general, the purpose of msm is to tell people what to think, not to inform. It pushes the official narrative, hides information that doesn't conform the the official narrative, and creates manufactures consensus. It is the very definition of propaganda/mind control/social engineering. I assume that you have limited information based on your views on Libya and Syria. I'm not putting you down. Nobody knows everything and people can only know what they are exposed to. But in regards to those two countries in particular, you don't have accurate, in depth information. You may not be aware of many global schemes and motives, either. I certainly don't know everything, but I know lots of things and continue to learn. I have some excellent, very reliable sources on-line and I read books, too.
Care to explain what he did good for nation (with a sources off course as I will want to read on topic a bit more))? I as europian see mostly what he brocked.
@__inkRat why not head over to Tim Pool's channel and watch/listen to all the stories? Also he cites the sources. I honestly dont feel like going through the articles and hunting for them tbh.
Believing in science is now considered "insane." LOL.
You should really do your research on Reagan.
Imagine that, a world without no white people. 😍😍😍
It’s funny that you say that cause White people are really not supposed to exist. Yet they are the most racist people on planet Earth. Racist cops, racist guy in the White House, racist old men that wants to play dress up (KKK members), racist Karens (I have no idea where the heck they come from), racist white school shooters
@KingJared24 those are things of the past it's apparent blacks are racist notice all the white people they kill
Funny how all these SJWs who hate white people have white spouses. They're considered the most attractive race, but SJWs hate that but that the same time can't stop wanting them. Look at AOC, Sarah Jeong, and countless minorities who hate white people but want to have kids with them.
@chrissykerdock literally everything you say is stupid cause you support Donald Trump so nothing you say matters so just shut up. How are those things of the past when it happens every single day? Blacks are racist against who and killing who?
@KingJared24 blacks are killing whites they're also killing blacks... just vote for trump biden will leave you socialist and hungry... check out Spanish countries that's why you see so many Spanish for trump
@chrissykerdock racist just like your president stupid trump supporter... like whites aren’t killing every other race including blacks. I would rather buy a plane ticket and get on the plane before I ever vote for Trump. Guess what? I will never get on a plane. I didn’t vote for Trump the first time and I am not going to vote for him now
