Why have results already been called in states where the other candidate still has a theoretical chance of winning?

All votes have yet to be counted, so Trump still has a theoretical chance of winning Wisconsin, Arizona, Michigan and Nevada

As does Biden of winning North Carolina, Georgia and Pennsylvania

So why are they already calling the results when not all the votes have been counted and the other candidate still has a theoretical chance of winning those states.
