I think I have talked to you before :D on my previous account. As for your opinion, the lessons unlearned you are talking about, the ones who have foreseen it and are willing to raise their voices against are 'anti-nationals' anyways 🤷♂️.. Just like the Indian Netflix shows that are there which show the dark sides of India and its government.
I don't know exactly what that means. . "anti-nationalism". Nationalism in many forms can be bad. Because nationalists don't aspire to ideals or principles. I mean, you and I have been here before. A patriot has in his head. . . the ideals and principles he wants his nation to embody. And when he thinks it has failed to live up to those ideals, he acts.A nationalist doesn't care about ideals or principles. He sees his ethnic group or culture as embodying a way of life represented by his nation. Those are two totally different ideas.
In simple words, I think nationalism is a more aggressive form of patriotism. There are several kinds of nationalism but what India is going through is religious nationalism. That is, India is a nation belonging to people of a specific religion.Patriots have love for the country and are open to take the constructive criticism and work upon the betterment of the country. Nationalists, from what I have seen here, just can't take anything which is told ahainst the nation or the nationalist political party.
I think we more or less agree.
