Should more states implement free birth control?

Anonymous
I definitely think more states should offer free birth control, more and more teen pregnancies and abortions are due to lack of information that school does not offer and lack of birth access to birth control. For example in 2009, Colorado began offering free IUDS without parental consent and within the next 8 years, teen pregnancies dropped by 54%. Teen abortion rates fell by 64%. And for every 1 dollar spent on the program, the state saved 5.85 dollars in labor and delivery costs, child care assistance and food stamps. I think this is the best solution to lower abortion and teen pregnancy rates.
