Are Turkish people really kind and friendly?

I asked this question to be able to think objectively on this issue. Foreign people say that Turks are always helpful, kind and sincere people. I wonder this as a Turk. Personally, as a Turk, I accept that I am a helpful person. Even if people don't ask for help from us, we help the other party when we think the other party needs help. This is a nice feature of us. But of course we are not perfect either. No society or person is perfect. I'm not perfect either. For example, I see many bigots and narrow-minded people in Turkish society. This is one of the negative aspects of our society. But I believe we have many positive aspects as a society.
