A single study isn't that useful. It's better to group them in to different categories ranging from high quality evidence e. g large clinical trials down to low quality evidence eg. My mate at the pub says... and every thing in between. That gives you a better idea of which side of the argument is more likely to be right.

You've just proven that these scientists don't know shit. Just use your common sense. I'd really cut back on processed sugar if I was worried about diabetes. But eggs? Nah, eat all you want.

Read actual research papers on the studies that include peer reviews to include stats and the consensus upon the study conclusion. There are lots of articles published on the sites that contradict each other so much it's difficult to tell what is really true.

Rather than idiotic opinion pieces from shitty news web sites, read the actual scientific papers. If you eat an egg a day, and maintain good exercise habits, its extremely unlikely you will get those diseases..

Neither of those are science, they are taken from a British tabloid lol. Don't get "science" from a British tabloid...

It’s a British tabloid... it’s some random person in a tabloid office with no background in science trying to interpret a scientific paper for laypeople... of course they get it wrong

Anything published in a major media outlet can be likely dismissed outright. There's no such thing as integrity with journalism any more.

Consensus. Is it being duplicated in other studies? Popular Science and other mags usually say.

One a day is fine, it's overconsumption or lack of exercise, that's the problem.
